This is a handmade wooden spatula for stirring, sautéing, and mixing.
This tool is available in left- and right-handed versions.
This one is 12 3/4 inches long and 2 5/8 inches wide. The back of the blade is gently rounded and comes to a thin edge, with the front of the blade, which is flat but curved.
The photos are examples. Yours will vary a little in grain and color. The left-handed version is a mirror image of the ones shown.
Care is simple: Wash in hot, soapy water, towel-dry, and apply mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks.
